- Contact lenses, once opened, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

- Please carefully package the product(s) in their original packaging to ensure their safe return.

- Include the RA number, if provided, on the return package.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the product(s). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refund or Exchange

- Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

- If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the requested replacement product(s) as soon as possible, subject to availability.

4. Exceptions and Special Considerations

- In case of damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the order. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost.
